This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, and cancellations are handled for purchases made through fakunews.com.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

1. Return Window

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify for a voluntary return, the item must generally be in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Returned products should generally be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free from damage caused after delivery
  • Returned with original tags, accessories, and packaging where applicable

2. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or video where relevant

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

After an eligible return request is approved, return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, color preference, style preference, ordering the wrong product, or other reasons not caused by Fakunews, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered and the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, Fakunews will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.

Fakunews does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact:

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video where appropriate.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items generally not eligible for voluntary return include:

  • Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery
  • Personalized or customized items where applicable
  • Items clearly marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable before purchase

These restrictions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

6. Refunds

Once an eligible return arrives and is inspected, an approved refund will be submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days.

For Fakunews, business days mean Monday through Saturday, excluding applicable U.S. public holidays.

After we process the refund, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

The final posting time depends on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, and payment method.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, style, or product, contact:

Depending on product availability, we may provide exchange instructions or ask you to return the original product and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact:

We process orders promptly and cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after processing or fulfillment has started.
